When developing façade solutions for the school within a campus designed for 400 students, we proposed several options that create a distinctive visual identity for the campus and can be easily extended to other buildings within the complex.
A total of nine options were prepared — ranging from highly cost-efficient solutions to bold conceptual designs. This approach allowed us to demonstrate to the client a wide spectrum of possible architectural expressions and to select a direction that best reflects their values and vision.
We proposed various finishing options and highlighted their long-term efficiency. The project includes plaster façades as well as ventilated façade systems using aluminium, composite, fibre-cement, and metal panels. We experimented with louvres, vertical greenery on walls, and clean, minimalist solutions referencing Bauhaus aesthetics.
The “Gradient” option is characterised by frameless windows that gradually evolve into projecting window frames with increased depth. The strict minimalist façade comes alive through rhythm. The central entrance zone is emphasised by a portal and is easily legible.

The “Constructor” option features square windows of varying sizes. The protrusion of some of them — used as the main artistic device — is balanced by a minimalist colour palette and restrained façade finishes.

The façade we named “Grid” is designed as a structural mesh that envelops the school building. By accentuating the ground floor with colour, a proportional balance is achieved, making the building feel more human-scaled.

“Grid”
In the “Eco-Bionics” option, the organic form of the building, reinforced by horizontal projections and greenery, allows the structure to become part of the natural landscape.

“Eco-Bionics”
“Bauhaus” presents a minimalist façade with recessed window openings and a visually “drawing-in” main entrance, enhanced by its colour scheme and rhythmic composition.

The expressiveness of the “Waves” façade is achieved through curved panel forms. The lightweight glazed portion contrasts with the more solid mass of the building. The colour scheme can be adapted.

“Waves”
The “Elegant” façade is a reinterpretation of architectural classicism. Simplified detailing combined with careful attention to proportions gives the building a refined and dignified appearance.

“Elegant”
The “Brutalist” option is distinguished by an increasing rhythm of robust façade elements, creating a strong, distinctive architectural character that evolves with each floor.

“Brutalist”
In the “Brutalist 2” option, a bold yet characteristic grid applied to a simple minimalist façade creates a striking and disciplined architectural image.

Each façade solution was evaluated comprehensively — both in terms of visual identity and practicality and durability. It was important to us that the school be perceived as a comfortable and inspiring environment for children. Therefore, for each option, we separately identified its strengths and potential limitations.
