One of our first projects was the interior design of the SberMarket office, where the space was conceived to foster productivity, comfort, dynamism, and flexibility while maintaining functionality.

We organized the office based on the principle of functional zoning (an idea borrowed from educational spaces), introducing three main zones:

  • A fixed workstation area

  • A quiet zone for focused work

  • A loud zone for meetings and collaboration

We aimed to ensure that every employee could find a comfortable workplace. The shared loud zones promote active interaction among staff, facilitating a more efficient work process.

The quiet zones play a vital role in boosting productivity. We provided individual workstations with storage for personal belongings and acoustic partitions between desks. These zones follow specific noise level guidelines, helping employees stay focused.

The office is located in a former candy factory. We preserved and incorporated original architectural elements such as brickwork, Monier vaults, metal columns and trusses, into the design, enriching them with color accents and modern materials.
Creating a cozy environment was a priority, so we introduced plants and a variety of textures and finishes.

Modern offices must offer unique opportunities for collaboration, supporting the fast integration of teams into the workflow.

Lighting received special attention — it is soft and comfortable for the eyes. A variety of fixtures and lighting scenarios reduce eye strain, which is especially important during long hours at the computer, and help maintain circadian rhythms.

All spaces feature art: posters, paintings, graphics.  Meeting and gathering areas are separated into dedicated rooms to avoid disturbing ongoing work and to reduce background noise in the main workspace.

We created a space conducive to work that is comfortable and informal, yet dynamic — much like the company that inhabits it.
